Preview fully before you pay
You can personalize, preview, and edit your gift as much as you like before paying — nothing is hidden behind the price. The one-time unlock is charged only when you choose to unlock and own your card, so please review your gift completely before completing payment.
Unlocked digital gifts are generally final
Because a gift is generated and delivered to you the instant it is unlocked, an unlocked gift normally cannot be cancelled or returned, in the same way an opened digital download cannot be un-downloaded.
When we will refund you
We refund, without argument, in each of these cases:
You were charged but the gift never unlocked because of a technical or payment-gateway failure. You were charged twice for the same gift. The gift is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it for you.
Contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify the transaction and return the money for that charge. Beyond these cases, if something has gone wrong and you feel unfairly treated, write to us anyway — we would rather resolve it than win it.
How long a refund takes
We review every refund request within 2 business days of receiving it. Once a refund is approved it is issued immediately to the original payment method — you never need to supply new card or bank details. The money then takes as long as your bank or card issuer needs to post it, typically 5–10 business days.
If someone else processed your payment
Orders placed from outside India are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, acting as the merchant of record for that sale — so Dodo Payments, not us, is the seller named on your receipt and statement, and is the party you contracted with. Their buyer terms apply alongside this policy and they may issue a refund at their own discretion. Write to us either way: we will look into it and work with them on your behalf. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
