By using MemorySeal, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

MemorySeal lets you create personalized, interactive digital gifts and a printable Seal card. You personalize the content; we generate and host the playable gift so your recipient can open it.

The words, names, and messages you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to process and store this content only to build, host, and deliver your gift. You are responsible for what you create and confirm you have the right to share it.

Unlocking a gift is a one-time digital purchase — there is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing recurring. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India and in US Dollars ($) elsewhere, on every gift and again at checkout; the price shown before you confirm is the price charged, and any local tax that applies is calculated and displayed at checkout. Every price is listed on our Pricing & Delivery page.

Orders placed from within India are sold by us and processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. Orders placed from outside India are sold and processed by Dodo Payments, acting as the merchant of record for that sale: Dodo Payments is the seller of record and the name on your receipt and statement, bills you in the applicable currency, handles any local tax, and their buyer terms apply alongside these Terms. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly online — nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product. Once your payment is confirmed, your gift unlocks automatically, normally within seconds, and you receive a private link to share plus a printable card you can download and print yourself. Please don't use MemorySeal to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

We collect only what we need to build, host, and deliver your gift, we run no advertising trackers, and we never sell your personal data. Payment details never touch our servers. The full detail — what we hold, who processes it, and how to have it deleted — lives in our Privacy Policy.
